Return Window
If you wish to return a book, you must initiate the return process within 5 working days from the date of delivery. After this period, Princebookcentre.shop will not be held responsible for any returns or inconveniences.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the book must meet the following criteria:
Original Packaging: The book must be returned in its original packaging. If the book arrived in a shrink-wrap or a protective seal, it must remain intact and unopened.
Unused Condition: The book must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unread, unused, and without any signs of wear and tear.
No Markings: Books with handwritten notes, highlights, ink stains, or folded page corners (dog-ears) will not be accepted.
Physical Integrity: The spine of the book must be unbroken, and there should be no creases, scratches, or tears on the cover or internal pages.
Inclusions
The return must include everything that arrived with the package:
Any promotional materials (e.g., bookmarks, freebies, or supplementary CDs/booklets) that were included with the book.
Original invoices or receipts.
Inspection & Right to Reject
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If a book is returned to us in an inadequate condition (e.g., damaged cover, torn pages, or signs of use), we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you at your expense.
